but do plan to spend 3-4 hours getting the oven up to temperature.

Our property is 27 acres.
Along the edges of the property are mowed paths
that you can walk, ski or ride on.
Creek
The Stonykill Creek runs through our property and in some places is deep enough for a pleasant swim.
